Hotel a New Oxford

“The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was good. The server at breakfast was exceptional!”

“On a very busy Memorial weekend the staff did an excellent job of keeping us all happy. I only wish the bar had stayed open later! The breakfast was huge and hot and had everything you could imagine. I found the lighting in the room a tad dim except for the bathroom. Otherwise I have no other negative thoughts.”

“We liked staying right in town with our two dogs, having an excellent restaurant on-site with an outdoor patio where we ate for both our dinner and breakfast with our dogs. Parking in garage adjacent to hotel was very convenient. We would stay again.”

“The door handle broke, trapping me in my room. I was unable to get out. When I discussed this with the manager the next day, I was told that I would get a partial refund. I thought this was fair and satisfactory. Yet when I followed up regarding the status of the refund, I was told that I had to handle this with Expedia. So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so...

“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“Para un hotel tan caro y no tener desayuno gratis la picsina super apestosa a clorox q parecia esta muy sucia (agua color verde) la puerta d mi habitacion la cerradura no servia ya q cuando salia dl cuarto si yo no la ajustaba no cerraba y cualquier persona podia tener ingreso a mi cuarto la nevera no enfria mucho y a media noche x los pasillos niñas adolecentes corriendo haciendo mucho ruido d risas y gritos fue una noche pesima. ⭐️⭐️”
